Comedian & Wind Up producer Joe Kilgallon stops by to talk about exercising, college gigs and playing laser tag with Vince Vaughn.

Al Jackson (Comedy Central Presents) stops by the studio fresh off his recording at The Comedy Bar in Chicago. In this 2-part episode, Kenny and Al talk about everything from sports to drugs, living the comedy life, travel, relationships, and politics. In other words, it's just two friends shooting the shit. Enjoy.

Also, the tour page has been updated. A lot of chances to see me in Chicago, which isn't really "touring" unless you consider taking public transit through wrigleyville a tour.

If you're planning a trip to the city, be sure and get ahold of me. I usually have comps to my shows and all my friends are comedians so they go unused. I'd rather give them to you guys. Specifically those people who drive long distances to see a show. You can always hit me up here or on Facebook about comps. I can't promise I'll be able to get back to you in a timely manner but I'll do whatever I can and it's worth a shot.

Kenny Deforest hosts today's show as Stanley has managed to end up in Florida this week. Kenny is joined by the very funny Lucas brothers who are coming off of a recent appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

A lot going on this week. First and foremost I'll be headlining a bunch of shows in Florida at Coconuts comedy club all week. If you live out that way, come out. If you know anyone out that way, point them in my direction.

BIG NEWS:

I started a production company.
it's called Red to Black Productions.

The first project underway is the Wind Up.
You've probably seen me post about this on Facebook or twitter. The Wind up is a comedy collective made up of five Chicago comedians; Drew Frees, Aaron Weaver, Kenny DeForest, Joe Kilgallon and myself.

The Wind Up is in full swing and we got the green light from our new home to run weekly. We are proud to announce that the Laugh Factory has taken us under their wing and has given us a place to perform and bring I the best local and national talent we can get our hands on.

The first two shows have been a huge success.

This weeks line up is absolutely ridiculous.

We have not only Al Jackson (Comedy Central) but the Lucas Brothers who just crushed it on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Not to mention Megan Gailey (NSL, YFF) , Joe Kilgallon (NSL,CYSK, the WIND UP), back from L.A. Prashanth Venkataramanujam all hosted by WIND UP producer Kenny DeForest.
