This Week
-MY WEEK WITH BRIAN POSEHN HAS BEEN CANCELLED-
I posted about this already but a heads up to anyone else who bought tickets. My week at the new UP comedy club located inside the Second City theater was cancelled . This happens sometimes . It's a bummer but it's the way things work.
Brian is bringing his own guy, so that means I got the axe. I still recommend going to this show. I probably will, seeing as I now have that weekend off . UP said they are doing everything they can to get me back as soon as possible with another date. My schedule is getting tied up pretty quick so it might not be until summer though. Hopefully we will work something out and they were very apologetic about the whole ordeal.
In regards to the people sending me emails about buying the ticket to see me, (which I'm not going to pretend there were massive amounts of you , but there were ore than a few and I did receive your emails) I sent the club an email about possibly swapping out your ticket for another date When we reschedule. I highly recommend still going , but if you want to see me at that
particular venue hold tight and I'm sure I'll have an answer this week.
Within 24 hours of losing the Posehn gig, I got a booking at the Chicago IMPROV to do a slew of shows with none other that Dave Attell. If you dont know who Dave Attell is, google him. Also, Barack Obama is our President and soap tastes awful.
So if you're Super upset about the Posehn thing you can wait one more month and come out to this one instead. March 23 - 25 are the dates we are looking at and the location is the Chicago IMPROV In Schuamburg , IL.
This will be the second time I've featured for Attell . Last time we were slated for five shows, all of which sold out and they added a sixth which sold out in a matter of minutes. I'll have links to buy tickets on the tour schedule just to make it easy for you, you little silly hearts.
Improv Comedy Club in SchaumburgI opened for Pauly Shore on tues in Terre Haute, IN. The show was great and the crowd was ridiculously fun.
Look at this page! Jam packed full of celebrities!! It seems I'm always " the Guy next to the Guy".
